Greater Living Home Care offers a FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE and is a state-approved, private-in home care provider offering Medicaid approved skilled and unskilled nursing care through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP). Personal Care Assistants provide quality nursing services by working with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care and providing a positive, supportive environment. Our pediatric client has physical limitations but is highly intelligent. Clients may have muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, trach care, ventilator, G-tube, etc.

Greater Living Home Care is looking for a supervisory RN to provide the following services:

* Conduct the initial and on-going in-home supervisory visits

* Evaluate member needs and develop and revise member care plans

* Monitor and supervise care

*Complete supervisory and member progress notes, while making appropriate recommendations, and reviewing and signing personal care support progress notes

* Educate members’ caregivers

* Provide staff training

* Supervise personal support aides and LPNs.

Requirements:

• The ability to communicate effectively

• The working knowledge of the Rules and Regulations for Private Home Care Providers

• The working knowledge of the policies and procedures of the GAPP Medicaid Waiver Program

• CPR/First Aid certified

• Certificate showing Negative for TB

• Valid driver's license

• Photocopy of Social Security Card

• Current proof of auto insurance

• Must have reliable transportation

• Certification/license in the practice of Nursing (RN)

• Pass national background check

• Possible Federal fingerprinting requirement (Gchexs)

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
