PRN Medical Staff Coordinator

Position is ONSITE in Denver, Colorado

Three (3) days a week / 24 hours weekly

This position will be Part Time for 6-8 Months, it will then covert to Full Time

Job Summary and Qualifications

The position of Credentials Coordinator is responsible for assisting with medical staff services department functions, which includes but is not limited to assisting with credentialing activities for appointment and reappointment of medical staff members and advanced practice professionals, and other medical staff functions as needed. This role involves interaction with Corporate, Division, Credentialing Processing Center (CPC) and HealthONE Credentials Support Center (CSC) colleagues, as well as colleagues from hospital departments, outside facilities and administration, and physicians including medical staff leadership.


What qualifications you will need:

  • High School or GED required.
  • Two-year Associates Degree or four year Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • Comprehensive experience as a Medical Staff Services professional within a hospital

    setting preferred.

  • Organizational structure, and regulatory agency requirements.

  • Must have working knowledge of Medical Staff credentialing, basic Medical Staff required.

  • Experience with CATUS or other credentialing software programs required.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
