PIP Marketing, Signs and Print of Kissimmee, FL is looking for an EXPERIENCED Customer Service Representative (CSR).

• AGENCY, ESTIMATING, JOB SOURCINGE, PRINTING, SIGNAGE EXP. WILL HAVE PREFERENCE.

• Our customer service representatives listen attentively and provide the necessary support when fielding questions or concerns regarding our products and services. Whether helping customers make appropriate product choices, troubleshooting or resolving conflicts, a customer service representative exhibits communication skills that effectively and expediently address the needs of our customers.
• Ability to multi-task is essential.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Sell and explain the competitive advantages of our company.
• Maintain highest level of honesty, integrity and professionalism
• Learn all aspects of a high technology printing, signs and graphics operation
• Utilize point of sale software to prepare estimates and invoices for customers.
• Process & Track jobs from order to completion/delivery.
• Communicate customer concerns and requirements to the production staff
• Experience with PrintSmith or Printer's Plan estimating software will be given extra consideration.
• Estimating printing, marketing and signage work. Advising customers as to best products and solutions.
• Receive all questions and concerns from external and internal customers. Provide solutions to problems.
• Receive, sort and prepare a checklist for all customer materials. Determine date of availability for any missing materials.
• Generate quotes and break out fixed and variable costs. Review and edit quotes to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure customer supplied components are available on time to meet assembly schedule.
• Generate purchase orders for customer supplied components and as required.
• Prepare shipping papers.
• Serve as a back-up to other CSRs.
• Check samples to ensure accurate final product. Request any necessary changes.
• Proofing jobs and coordinating customer approval of proofs. Provide samples to customers.
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
• Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
• Any other duties as assigned.
