• Primary Technician responsible for supporting the NYC office
• Troubleshoot and repair computer and mobile device hardware and software as well as peripheral equipment issues
• Deploy new end user technology solutions to onsite and remote customers
• Support onsite conference room meetings and troubleshoot issues
• Improve processes and support documentation to help reduce time to resolution
• Follow ticket quality guidelines ensuring tickets are opened and documented appropriately for every customer support integration
• Participate in projects relating to the development and implementation of new products and product lifecycle upgrades.
• Manage onsite IT inventory to ensure availability for deployments
• Participate in the testing and implementation of end user technology product lifecycle upgrades
• Identifies opportunities for and participates in process improvement initiatives that improve end user experience and help reduce issue time to resolution
• Ability to travel to Boston for training as needed
• Performs duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least 3 years programming and analysis experience in end user computing and network based PC workstation applications, including remote connectivity products, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Requires an in depth knowledge of end user computing systems and hardware, client functions and applications, excellent consultative and communication skills, analytical ability, decisiveness, strong judgment, and the ability to work effectively with client and other IT management and staff
• Experience supporting on-site executive conferences and meetings
