Senior Process Specialist

Revenue Operations Transformation Office, Boston, MA

The Revenue Operations Transformation Office is focused on transforming and optimizing business operations ensuring that the Field organization has the processes and tools necessary to execute and win.

As PTC pivots towards becoming a SaaS company streamlined, efficient and automated capabilities become increasingly critical to our growth and customer experience.

Your Impact and Core Responsibilities

As a key contributor within the RevOps Transformation Office you will architect, optimize, and refine business processes which enable our selling and operational teams to execute in a scalable and consistent manner. You will apply operational and software industry knowledge to position best practices methods to achieve business value. Your BPM experience will equip you to diagnose issues and address through business design methods. These capabilities will help to drive adoption of our technology stack and support business/operational transformation initiatives.

Your Day-To-Day:

Leverage relationships to bring people together in the achievement of defined outcomes. Apply Business Process Methods and tools to evaluate and document as-is business processes; Identify process and improvement areas (process, policy, technology, enablement…) necessary to meet business objectives Lead and manage necessary activities (e.g., workshops, interviews…) to gather information and secure as-is and to-be process understanding Prepare and manage artefacts relating to as-is and to-be processes (e.g., process flows, input/output documentation etc.) Architect to-be processes through BMP methods and in collaboration with key personnel; Define process dependencies and develop plan to address Identify initiatives or activities which intersect and collaborate with owners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes Lead activities to implement new processes, collaborating with applicable SME’s (technology, business owners, enablement …) Continuously develop BPM abilities and stay abreast of improvement strategies; recommend process and method updates relating to BPM execution. Leverage knowledge of or experience with various tools within the Sales technology stacks can recommend tools which optimize and enhance Field processes and execution.

  • Ability to prepare, lead and manage workshops with a cross functional audience
  • Has practical knowledge of and experience with core processes and metrics applicable to a selling organization within a software / SaaS business
  • Skilled in business design concepts and execution
  • Familiar with relevant suite of BPM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ professional process management experience within a software or SaaS company
  • Business degree in business management, process controls or similar.
  • Demonstrated BPM experience
  • Background in consulting and/or operations capability in a selling environment
  • Strong capabilities with Salesforce.com
  • Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills
  • Able to effectively deal with, and manage ambiguity
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and influence others at all levels, including peers through senior management
  • Advanced knowledge of business management software and ability to document procedures
