Principal Partner Account Manager - Remote
JOB SUMMARY
Do you have a passion for driving growth in an fast-paced environment? The Principal Partner Account Manager will lead the growth and ongoing management of our key reseller relationships. He/She will be the main point of contact with Paycor’s resellers and work with them to drive additional sales and revenue growth. He/She will work cross-functionally to ensure that we are enabling success across the business for each reseller relationship. He/She will be accountable to revenue and retention goals related to our reseller channel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create a differentiated value proposition for our reseller channel through a proactive approach to driving reseller growth.
  • Drive sales growth within each reseller relationship through sales enablement, sales training, pipeline management, marketing and product differentiation.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with each reseller, including the development of KPIs and scorecards that drive improvement and accountability.
  • Create a standard set of playbooks and enablement tools that can be used by resellers to drive growth, including battlecards, demo support, objection handling and case studies.
  • Manage multiple reseller relationships, regularly interacting with Executives within each relationship.
  • Proactively manage channel conflict between reseller and Paycor sales teams.
  • Partner with customer support and implementation to ensure that each reseller is receiving a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Partner closely with the reseller leadership team to win new business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, partner management or business development roles successfully positioning B2B software products
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Seasoned HCM professional
  • Executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional teams & C-Level executives
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strategic and creative thinker with bias for action.
  • Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent team player.
  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies and HCM solutions
We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $110,000 and $130,000, plus commission. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
