Medical Assistant

Total Health Primary Care, PLLC (THPC) is a privately owned family practice with 2 full time physicians and 2 full time Nurse Practitioners. We are seeking a full time medical assistant with a MINIMUM of 2 years experience in Primary Care or Internal Medicine . The ideal candidate will have Athena EMR experience. We need to fill this position ASAP as previous MA had a family emergency and will not be able to return.

• Vitals - we use manual BP cuffs
• Medical history
• Paps
• Update med list
• Update problems list
• Injections
• Enter orders
• Lab call backs
• CLIA waived lab tests
• Other duties as assigned

Must be mature with an excellent work ethic, compassionate and truly care about the patients. I need a team player that thrives in a learning and challenging environment. We are a FAST paced clinic.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
