Job Summary

We are a growing company, currently seeking dedicated, adaptable individuals to join Grimco. Grimco is a national wholesale sign supply manufacturer and distributor that has been around for over 145 years with 50+ locations in the United States, 8 in Canada, and recent expansion into the United Kingdom. The Pricing Analyst demonstrates determination, competitive drive, and an eagerness to learn all facets of our company. Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate directly with Pricing Manager for daily functions.
  • Review and implement vendor cost/pricing increases.
  • Organize and manage specific customer price programs.
  • Create new part numbers and implement pricing strategy.
  • Communicate with Sales Management regarding pricing decisions and execution of pricing plans.
  • Communicate with Marketing and Product Line Managers on promotional pricing and strategy.
  • Assist sales team and managers in specific customer pricing.
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis as required.
  • Assist in maintaining Vendor Rebate Programs, tracking, and adjustments.
  • Assist in researching invoicing and costing discrepancies.
  • Other daily pricing maintenance tasks as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Major/Concentration in an area of Business/Finance/or Accounting.
  • Cumulative GPA > 3.15.
  • Experience with SQL and/or data analytics.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Other Characteristics

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of operations, logistics, warehousing, planning, and package processing.
  • Knowledge of network modeling and other mathematical/statistical analysis processes.
  • Ability to take direction and make independent decisions in a fast-paced
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods

  • Ability to demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
  • Basic problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of conflict resolution strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with others and perform in a team environment.

Training & Development

  • Focused training time at our corporate headquarters in Sunset Hills, Missouri.
  • Split between break-out session and hands-on learning environment.
  • Full-time salary includes training period. Travel accommodations and expenses provided per Grimco National Travel Policy (training location determined by corporate/regional training team schedule)
