St. Anne's-Belfield School seeks an enthusiastic early childhood educator for a part-time teaching position in our Pre-School program. Our Pre-School program delivers a strong academic foundation in the natural (outdoor) classroom. The ideal candidate is nurturing, responsive, flexible, and understanding of the benefits of nature-based education. The candidate must have strong communication skills and be a collaborative team member. Our Pre-School faculty plan is delivered in a cross-curricular manner; the role will develop activities to stimulate curiosity; build community within the classroom; implement our social curriculum; maintain a growth mindset and hold a commitment to ongoing professional development in outdoor education. Pre-School or early childhood experience with strong classroom management is essential and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
