Job Summary and Qualifications

Scheduling appointments and registering patients to support the clinical practice. Provide excellent customer service and complete a variety of duties associated with daily operations. Provide backup support for Practice Specialist I. Complete the registration process by entering patient demographics and insurance information into practice management software. Ensures smooth operation of patient check in/check out process. Answers telephone, takes and delivers accurate and complete messages in a timely, pleasant and tactful manner.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate / GED
• One year experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting.
