Practice Development Liaison

PRC Alliance Pain Relief Centers is a team of highly trained, experienced pain management experts providing the latest in evidence-based interventional pain management care, delivered with exceptional compassion, swift access, and service excellence. We serve our patients at eight locations just north and northeast of Orlando (Palm Coast, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, DeLand, Orange City, and Lake Mary).

We are currently hiring a field-based Practice Development Liaison for our I95 side to cover New Smyrna to Palm Coast. The Practice Development Liaison will be joining a team of fantastic pain management specialists that have made a difference for thousands of people suffering with chronic pain. Minimizing pain and improving quality of life strongly resonates with our physicians and staff who build strong relationships with patients and their families and see lives change.

Practice Development Liaison Responsibilities:

  • Executes patient growth campaigns.
  • Collaborates with practice leadership to best determine key target referral sources and develops a systematic approach to build those relationships and increase appropriate referrals.
  • Coordinates production of brochures, flyers, and other collateral.
  • Coordinates with advertising vendors, web, and social media platforms to develop, monitor, and regulate online presence.
  • Generates field visit reports and submits/presents monthly field visit results to practice leadership.
  • Gathers feedback on patient satisfaction and preferences to ensure the best patient experience.
  • Maintains, monitors, and updates the list of physician practice(s) within a given radius of practice sites on an ongoing basis in established platforms for relationship tracking.
  • Visits physician practices and interacts with key staff and physicians as appropriate to provide awareness of services provided by PRC Alliance, using educational marketing materials.
  • Assists in educating site staff and physicians on referring physician opportunities.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Practice Development Liaison Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years in clinical services or pharmaceutical marketing, including marketing to patients, caregivers, physicians, practice managers, case managers and similar “referral sources” in private medical practices, commercial and government healthcare systems.
  • Demonstrated success in driving successful growth campaigns with positive outcomes, specifically in areas of healthcare and / or patient growth.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, that reflect an understanding of the importance of leadership and collaboration: respect; integrity
  • The candidate should be fluent in all aspects of digital and offline marketing communications, including branding, advertising, public relations and direct marketing in a clinical services context, possessing substantial experience in supporting and leading direct-to-patient and healthcare provider marketing efforts. A working knowledge of comprehensive pain management would be considered an advantage but is not required.
  • Candidate must be comfortable partnering with highly educated, focused physicians, representing the leaders in their field.
  • The candidate is highly motivated, a self-starter, and disciplined.
  • Must have a valid, current Florida Driver’s License; a personal automobile; and personal auto insurance. Must have a clean driving record.

  • Pay Range: base depends on experience. Commission is uncapped.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
