Job Duties

- Overall management of all Project associated fields & resources throughout the project duration
- Oversee Construction Crews’ workmanship and productivity
- Manage Client Relations & Communication
- Coordinate Schedule Development
- Manage efficient execution of Schedule
- Manage & maintain a clean & safe job site
- Manage Project Documentation
- Manage Client Relations & Communication
- Manage Budgets & Construction Costs throughout the project duration
- Manage, Communicate & Translate Job Costing Metrics with upper management
Required Skills
- Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Great communication and problem-solving attitude
- Speaks Spanish
- Ability to read plans
