The CAVALIER Golf and Yacht Club is seeking team-oriented, and service-minded summer employees for Pool Attendant positions. Responsibilities include checking in members and their guests, answering their questions, and ensuring their satisfaction.
SCHEDULE: Part-time, seasonal position averaging 25 hours per week. Season lasts from May 1- to Labor Day. Schedule varies; pools are open 7 days a week. Weekend availability is required. Primary shifts vary between 10-2pm and 2-8pm, Monday - Sunday. Availability on evenings and holidays is required. Benefits include free employee meals while working!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES - include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Responsibilities include checking in members and their guests, answering their questions, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Complete opening and closing duties for Aquatics Facility along with daily checklists.
- Greet members and guests as they enter the pool gates.
- Respond appropriately to member requests and feedback.
- Ensure accuracy of names and account numbers of those signing in at the pool
- Collect guest fees and sign in guests properly.
- Ensure that amenities, including towels, are provided to each pool user.
- Provide information to members and guests about policies, programs, and events throughout the Club.
- Clean decks, recreation area, and furniture as needed to ensure it is free of trash, loose towels, weeds, stains, etc.
- Wash and fold pool towels
