We're looking for a Master Plumber that can sell our services while managing residential plumbing and excavation jobs. Our ideal candidate has great leadership skills to train and guide a crew toward success. This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is eager to take over a new plumbing division as their own.

Here's what's needed to excel as our Master Plumber:

• 10+ years of experience as a skilled tradesman in the plumbing industry
• Master plumbing license in NJ
• Experience running and training crews of plumbers
• Experience in residential plumbing
• Experience in plumbing sales and upselling to customers
• Experience in plumbing management

Our Master Plumber works 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday with some on-call and weekend hours.
