JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a PLC & Controls Technician in Spartanburg, SC. Our client is a NON-AUTOMOTIVE Manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities of a PLC & Controls Technicianincludes:

• Repair and troubleshoot equipment
• Electrical and Mechanical background to include AC/DC voltage, AC/DC drives, control panels, and PLC Control
• PMs on machines when necessary
• Set up and change over equipment to achieve maximum efficiency during production
• Troubleshoot PLC programs to support the automation of the facility
• Work with Maintenance and Production team during troubleshooting of machine failure
• Continue strong documentation of all issues on machines in facility
• Wearing required PPE and following all safety requirements.

Job Requirements of a PLC & Controls Technician:

5 years in manufacturing facility as PLC/Controls Technician
Experience utilizing Ladder Logic
Experience utilizing Siemens Software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
