SUMMARY

The Plant Financial Manager will be responsible for managing the financial operations of a manufacturing company using the Netsuite ERP system. They will be responsible for overseeing all financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The Plant Finance Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that financial reports are accurate, timely, and comply with all regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the financial operations of the manufacturing company using the Netsuite ERP system.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide financial analysis to senior management to assist in strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, and ensure that they are accurate and timely.
  • Develop and implement financial controls to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Manage and develop a team of financial analysts and accountants.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and develop a team of financial analysts and accountants.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive plant performance.

PREFERRED SKILLS

· Experience with NetSuite

· Expertise in Excel and financial modeling.

· Manufacturing or project accounting experience.

· Foundational understanding of Databases and SQL.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the production staff.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to assist in creating and executing continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
