Responsibilities


POSITION SUMMARY:
Strategically plans, implements and praticipates in outreach efforts designed to improve relationships within the healthcare community in designated service ares or market. Primary efforts are targeted toward physicians, but community groups and other potential impatient and outpatient partnes will be included, with the goal of growing business opportunities and maximizing referral and redirection opportunities. Monitors outcomes and participates in performance improvement activities.


Qualifications


QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be able to deal appropriately with highly sensitive and confidential material. Must have knowledge of standards and laws applicable to physician recruitment, planning and business development.
2. Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet and database.
3. Strong organizational skills to incluse metrics management, independent scheduling and record tracking.
4. Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct
through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.

EDUCATION / LICENSURE:
1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Degree preference are for marketing, communication, public relations or management.
2. Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work experience required.
