We are a Therapist owned practice and in business for 10 years. Our practice is patient oriented. Our team is a motivated and close knit group focused people who bring out the best in each other and our patients. We are located in Davie, Kendall and Hialeah. Davie office moved to a larger location and intend to be the provider of choice with this growth and will strive to be a pillar in our community.

We are looking for a Rockstar Physical Therapist who has the skills listed below and is looking for long-term opportunity. We are willing to develop the right person, you will work alongside with therapist with experience. At Bolanos Associates you will have the opportunity to grow as a therapist and leader with the organization.

THE IDEAL ROCKSTAR CANDIDATE:

Must be solution oriented, proposing solutions to any problems that may arise

Must be able to follow our practice's 7 Step System in evaluating patients

Must actively participate in ongoing marketing strategies, to ensure the health of our practice

Must willingly participate in community events to help promote our practice

Must help foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone

Must display a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient's satisfaction

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be professional and respectful, and work with a positive attitude

Must be both eloquent and assertive with words, yet able to navigate tough conversations, understanding that words carry lasting impact on patients

What is the most important to us in that you have the talent to build and maintain rapport with community leaders, physicians, referral sources and develop the skills to respond quickly to unexpected schedule changes and patient care requests.

Broward Office : PT TO START Immediately

PT a must with minimum 3 years experience in Orthopedics, Workers Compensation, and Sports related injuries. Willing to be a team player with plenty of opportunity for growth! Able to think outside of the box and grow with our team! Experience with Manual therapy, Graston, Kinesiotaping, cupping , fitness and exercise.

PT Must be willing to travel to different facilities and also to Corporate Accounts. Can be discussed.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Orthopedic, Workers Comp, Kinesio Taping, Cupping, Graston: 3 years (Preferred)

• fluent english and spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Florida Physical Therapy License (Required)
