Requirements:

Our minimum requirement for hiring a new clinician is him/her being a CA licensed Therapist. This position is open for all the California licensed clinicians. It's great to have those clinicians in the team who have home health experience and experience with the EMRs but we are totally willing to hire the in-experienced clinicians as well since we're always available to offer training and shadowing visits which can be in multiple numbers as well if needed. There are no limits to learn, that is why we will be happy to provide multiple sessions of training if needed and will always be available to help clinicians with everything they ask for.

Since we think that an important step to build a good relation between the clinicians and the management is to be understanding with each other, we offer all the clinicians a flexible schedule, where they can see the patients according to their own day/time preference. Since we do realize that any important thing can come up anytime and we do not want clinicians to miss out on those things, we always allow the clinicians to say YES or NO to any referral but those who accept more case load are more likely to get benefits in future.

The other great advantage of choosing Ultima is the intake team of our company that is always available to help clinicians in keeping track of their schedule, taking care of the things that were missed in charting, having the Q/A team review the charting, keeping track of logins of the EMRs. Mostly clinicians are supposed to call patients themselves, since this is what patients prefer but if really needed, our team will also be able to help in scheduling.

The EMRs that we use are Net Smart Devero, Well Sky Kinnser and Point Care. Those who are not familiar with these, are always welcomed to get themselves trained more and more and the team will always be available to help in training and can go for multiple zoom training sessions and shadowing visits. Can provide training and shadowing until the Therapist/Nurse is comfortable enough to start seeing patients

The CEO Blake is extremely good with his clinicians and has a great reputation in the industry. One good thing to say is that the business is owned by a clinician who has over 30 years of experience and is very supportive and sensitive to the clinicians needs. Also, by working with him, clinicians will get resource that he has really strong clinical skills and that he is an expert in the stroke management, shoulder management, pain management and integrative and holistic rehabilitation care.
