Bridgeway Home Health provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in the state of Georgia. We are growing in the Clay county area and looking to add a Physical Therapist to our team. As a home health PT, you would be responsible for conducting focused care and patient / family teaching in the home setting.

Qualifications:
- Physical Therapist
- Current State License
- One (1) year physical therapy experience
- Home Health experience a plus
