The Role

We are a family owned and operated clinic in Crofton, Maryland, who is looking for a skilled clinician with basic experience (or interest) in pelvic floor who can deliver results for active clients who have tried everything else and looking for a better solution!

At Breakaway Physical Therapy, we consider ourselves a customer service company that happens to also provide Physical Therapy. As such, we are in need of a world-class Physical Therapist who can provide an unparalleled experience in the level of connection and therapy utilized to ultimately provide the highest level of results possible.

We're looking for a DPT who:

• has some working knowledge in pelvic floor and has a desire to get further training
• is coachable, yet confident and understands that there is more than one way to help clients achieve their desired results
• believes in a team approach and willing to go above and beyond
• is comfortable with promoting our professional value to new clients through an ethical sales strategy
• believes in exercise and movement in conjunction with manual therapy to achieve the highest level of results for your patients
• can work 2 nights per week
• adapts and welcomes change (We're a growing company, so expect and anticipate change!)
• loves community outreach and educating the public through workshops
• believes in a team clinical approach to working with clients

Must-Have Requirements

- Doctor of Physical Therapy License to treat- must currently be active in the state of Maryland

• No minimum work experience (new grads welcome and experience or exposure to pelvic floor needed)
• Must live within 30 minutes of the office
• Must be willing to see patients in office or telehealth
