McLeod Auto Sales is looking for a TOP PERFORMER to join our team! We are looking to add a highly motivated Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating business for the dealership with both online and over-the-phone customers. Our customers expect and deserve excellence, and we strive to exceed their expectations!

This position is full-time; Monday's, Friday's, and Saturdays are MANDATORY.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers over the phone

Ensure sales process is carried out smoothly

Generate showroom business by proactively calling/emailing customers in our database

What we are looking for:

A motivated person with a strong sense of self (confident without the ego). honest, hardworking, passionate about helping people, someone who follows directions and is persistent and determined. Someone who has a strong desire to succeed, organized, disciplined, coachable, and loves making money.

Our BDR's succeed because they follow our process, and any serious candidate MUST demonstrate their ability to follow our proven steps to success. $17.50 an hour 40 hours a week GUARANTEED.
