Specializations include a dedicated outpatient facility that houses cancer, imaging, and infusion centers, a bi-plane catheterization lab, robot-assisted surgery capabilities, an Orthopedic Destination Center and radiation oncology physician services provided by UCLA Health. Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist the Pharmacy Technician participates in pharmaceutical care by assisting the pharmacist in drug preparation, drug distribution, purchasing and inventory control, drug packaging, and drug delivery.

Pharmacy Tech Per Diem candidate will possess the following education, licenses/certifications, and experience:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory:

• Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the California State Board of Pharmacy

Preferred:

• Shall have 1 year hospital Pharmacy Technician experience

Pay Range: $21.13 - $28.38
Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an employee’s qualifications and experience.
