Professional Dog Walker

We are looking for a true animal lover to provide pet sitting in the Mandeville and Covington areas of the Northshore. You would provide dog walks for our clients, as requested. You should live in and be able to service clients in the Mandeville / Covington/ Madisonville areas.

Becoming part of the Courtney's Pet Care team is a great source of supplemental income for someone with a flexible schedule! There are no guaranteed hours for this position, there may be no work at all some weeks, while other weeks could be very busy. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

We are a professional team of licensed, insured, bonded, and background-checked pet sitters and dog walkers covering Mandeville, Covington and Madisonville.

This is not regular work - you should have a separate reliable source of income. We work whenever the clients need us. Some clients we serve need us once a day for a potty break while they work away from home. Others have us stop by several times per day for a long weekend or longer. We also have some clients who use us 5-days per week while others only need us a few times per year. Therefore, your paycheck will be different every pay period.

Requirements:

• be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid drivers license and auto insurance in your name
• Local full-time resident within our service area
• pass a background check (you pay for this)
• be okay with 1099 independent contractor position
• have flexible availability
• have reliable transportation and be willing to travel up to 30 minutes for walks
• be available for an initial meet and greet with clients
• have the ability to work independently, react quickly & solve problems by thinking on your feet

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
