People Creating Success is looking for a skilled Personnel Coordinator who will be responsible for recruiting, confirming schedules, accurate scheduling of qualified caregivers based on all new and current clients, and any other administrative support tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Description:

Organizes and prepares work schedules for employees to ensure the appropriate number of staff is available for each work shift.

Approving and scheduling time off for employees and ensuring vacant positions are filled to meet staffing requirements.

Schedules shifts and hours by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to clients' needs.

Communicates new assignments and/or schedule changes to caregivers and clients.

Works with Client Care Managers to assist in the resolution of employees' staffing issues.

Maintain scheduling by inputting and updating client and caregiver information via scheduling system.

Contact and follow up with caregivers and clients regarding assignments, inquiries, and service.

Highly professional with a friendly personality

Must be able to work as a team and under time pressures.

Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.

The position requires managing multiple demands simultaneously each day.

Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
