Plaintiff's Personal Injury Firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to assist one of our Senior Attorneys on all cases, ranging from initial pleadings to trial.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of Litigation/Personal Injury Experience
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)IS A PLUS!
• Extensive knowledge of court procedure, and personal injury
• Proficient in Google Calendar & all Microsoft programs

Duties Include:

• Preparing & Filing complaints, pleadings, motions & briefs.
• Propounding and Responding to Discovery
• Calendaring hearing dates & all deadlines including trial dates
• Coordinating depositions for Trials, IME, & CMC
• Trial Preparation, Trial Binders, FSC Docs
• Minors' Compromises
