We are currently seeking an Attorney with 1 to 5 years’ experience to join our team. The right candidate will have a positive attitude and be comfortable interacting with paralegals, attorneys and clients in a fast-paced legal environment. The Attorney should have experience in the following practice areas:
- Personal Injury
- Trusts, Wills & Estates
- Litigation Experience (preferred)
Job Details
- Client intake (in person / virtually)
- Draft Wills, Power of Attorneys, Advance Directives, Trusts
- Estate Administration throughout Maryland
- Oversee assigned pre-lit personal injury cases (auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites & premises liability)
- Direct client contact and negotiation with insurance adjusters / attorneys
- Litigate District Court personal injury cases throughout Maryland
- Second chair Circuit Court personal injury cases
All candidates must be in good standing with Maryland Bar. This is a hybrid position that will require at least two days in the Parkville office. Hybrid work is eligible upon successful completion of training in office technology and systems processes.
