Personal Care Attendant (PCA) - Per Diem - Hillside Terrace of Hallowell
Job description
Hillside Terrace is a 21-bed assisted living community located in a historic mansion in Hallowell. The environment is closer to a high-end bed-and-breakfast than a typical assisted living community. We are part of Woodlands Senior Living, a Maine-based company known for excellence in senior care since the 1990s. Our mission is to make each day the best day possible for every resident we serve, while helping to bring peace of mind to the people who love them.
We are currently hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCA)!
Our PCA staff assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.) and instrumental activities of daily living (light housekeeping, etc.). All PCA staff will receive paid training to become a Personal Support Specialist within the first 120 days of employment. This new certification will also lead to a wage increase!
We have updated our wage scale - starting wage $15 per hour with no certifications or experience. Higher pay for certifications and/or experience. Shift differentials offered as well!
