We are seeking a Personal Assistant to work closely with our executives. The successful candidate will handle a wide variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency, and be available during regular business hours to support the needs of our executives. The ideal assistant is a professional who can juggle multiple projects and priorities with ease, and is an articulate communicator.

Responsibilities:

• Update the client's calendar.
• Maintain, clean and organize office space and furnishings.
• Manage documents, research and data.
• Manage the client's calendar.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

• Forked River, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
