Friends Hospital is the nation's oldest private psychiatric hospital, located on a beautiful 100-acre campus in Philadelphia, PA. Friends Hospital offers a continuum of care including level of care assessments; specially designed inpatient units for adolescents, adults, and older adults; and a private residential rehabilitation program. The Performance Improvement Analyst assists with the performance improvement functions and has primary responsibility for submission of reports to regulatory, managed care agencies & corporate and for completing PI audits and compiling data. In addition, the position will be responsible for staff development facilitation and will assist with activities surrounding laboratory services and point of care testing.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or RN with current PA licensure. Experience in a hospital, preferably a behavioral health facility.

Pay: $52,419.60 - $99,659.88 per year
