Human Capital Central Support team directly assists the Functional People Teams in the implementation of and functional people strategy in the areas of Leadership Development Experience, Talent Development, Performance Management, and Talent Management

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following:


  • Utilizing excel, including using and applying advanced chart features;
  • Creating and manipulating PivotTables and PivotCharts (i.e. custom formulas, calculated field/items);
  • Performing data summary tasks (i.e. VLOOKUP, data parsing, array formulas, Nested IF functions);
  • Managing and completing projects by deliverable dates i.e. leadership development experience activities, global talent acquisition support and coordination, workday functional groups related actions;
  • Contributing to team goals, which include but are not limited to, meeting key performance indicators and service level agreements;
  • Communicating effectively and delivering customer service;
  • Working with leaders to leverage knowledge into actionable tasks;
  • Possessing knowledge of Human Capital policy, Human Capital metrics, sourcing, coaching and development, talent management, performance management and employee relations;
  • Coaching and developing Central Support Coordinators;
  • Overseeing staff performance in execution of Central Support strategy;
  • Strategizing with HR Managers to establish effective centralized support is provided;
  • Implementing cross-functional programs & processes as directed in alignment with firm-wide guidelines;
  • Collaborating with People Operations on cross-functional projects and initiatives;
  • Liaising with other functional teams to obtain necessary Human Capital information (e.g., People Operations, Center of Excellence, Ethics and Compliance);
  • Driving continuous improvement by conducting business performance analysis against targeted function or initiative measures;
  • Performing Human Capital operations analysis via reporting (e.g., sourcing, turnover, Leadership Development Experience (LDE), headcount planning);
  • Collaborating with other team members on a wide variety of issues including technical, workflow, performance or interpretation of policies and standards;
  • Demonstrating ability to prioritize effectively and work on multiple projects in a demanding, deadline driven, dynamic environment;
  • Working independently and sets priorities with minimal supervision when working with multiple tasks and people in order to deliver a quality work product, including ability to prioritize others' workflow; and,
  • Providing creative and innovative recommendations, as well as suggesting new or alternative methods to address issues.
