- Day, PM, and/or Overnight shifts in Unincorporated Woodstock area.
- PM, Overnights, and/or Weekend Day shifts in Wonder Lake.
- Day (go to school with patient), PM, and/or Overnight shifts in Johnsburg.
- Wed and Fridays (go to school with patient) in Wheaton.

Lifeline Nursing Agency, Inc., is currently accepting applications for home care PRIVATE DUTY Skilled RN or LPN for Day - Evening - NOC shifts. You must have an active IL nursing license, a current CPR card, and be able to pass drug tests and background checks. Vent , trach and/or feeding tube and experience preferred but not required for all cases. Training is of the utmost importance to Lifeline Nursing Agency and will be provided to ensure a good fit for the nurse and family.
