The TalentPro team at Pinion provides payroll solutions for clients across the US. Our team is responsible for setup, training, implementation and processing for businesses using the TalentPro platform. We provide proactive customer service ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
This position must work a standard schedule of 8am - 5pm in either the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.

Responsibilities:
What you’ll be doing:
- Process weekly and biweekly payroll for TalentPro clients
- Calculate and process payroll tax payments in a timely manner
- Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax returns, including W-2’s
- Support Implementation Specialists (IS) with configuration and import needs within Workforce Ready as instructed by the IS managing the implementation
- Provide high-level client support through the payroll process
- Other miscellaneous related tasks
Qualifications:
What you’ll need for this position:
- At least two years of full-cycle payroll processing experience
- Experience with payroll processing for California
- Demonstrated time management skills, ability to prioritize, and adapt to change all without sacrificing accuracy
- Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
- Desire to be a self-starter who will see opportunities to add value beyond an assignment and will run projects through to completion
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills and ability to modify procedures or resources to fit the needs of the task or situation
- Willingness to perform under pressure when deadlines call for swift action
- Capable of learning and recalling important job functions and processes that may occur infrequently
- Collaborative and effective in working with different leadership styles and a variety of individuals at all levels within the organization
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to learn multiple software programs
- Availability to work a standard schedule of 8am - 5pm in either the Mountain or Pacific Time Zone
Bonus:
- Posting experience with UKG Ready (Kronos), OnPay, Quickbooks and AccountantsWorld
- Multi-state payroll processing experience
- Quarterly and year-end reporting experience
- Spanish speaker

In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20 - $30 per hour.
