Position: Payroll Coordinator

Position Summary:
The school fiscal officer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the confidentiality of the CEO. The school fiscal officer is also responsible for ensuring personnel and school compliance, in addition to managing payroll.
Major Responsibilities
- Provides CEO administrative support
- Responsible for processing payroll on biweekly basis
- Responsible for tracking staff attendance and managing employee PTO
- Maintain personnel file compliance and clearance compliance
- Conducts employment verification and other verifications as needed
- Processed benefit enrollment, change requests, and reimbursements
- Responsible for new hire onboarding
- Provides monthly HR board reporting
- Responsible for processing workers compensation claims
