The Payment Services (VISA/Debit Card) Team is looking for you!

As one of the friendly and knowledgeable voices of our company’s Credit and Debit Cards, you will interact directly with our members as they call in with questions, concerns and problems. You must be able to walk them through procedural and/or technical challenges in a kind and persuasive manner.

Some of the Essential duties include:

· Handling a variety of payment service calls- serving as a liaison between the member and the credit union.

· Resolving regular and escalated member questions and problems regarding their account with efficiency and accuracy.

· Assisting members with their card accounts; including but not limited to, control issuing, blocking, or renewal of VISA credit cards/VISA check (debit) Cards.

· Compiling and entering statistical data, posting and balancing duties, and related clerical duties as needed.

Pay Rate/Classification: This is a Non-Exempt/Hourly position starting at $20.50 per hour relative to experience.

Hours: Monday-Friday- 40 hours. This position will work in-house at our Saco location transitioning over time to a hybrid remote work schedule as applicable to meet departmental needs.

Requirements:

· High school graduate or equivalent

· 6 months to 2 years of related experience

· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe

· Organized and Reliable and detail driven

· Member/Customer Service Experience Preferred

· Banking, Debit/Credit Card Servicing Experience a plus

· Experience with any/all of the following will be highly considered but not required: Episys, Client Workstation, and/or Client Link
