Flawless Med Spa is expanding our Patient Experience Team and we're looking for an experienced person who can work 32 hours a week including two Saturdays a month. This person must be able to work at the East and West Locations and have reliable transportation. As we look for our perfect candidate, please take a look at the three skills we will be evaluating. This is a critical role to our business and we are looking at candidates with the following Qualifications:
#1 - CUSTOMER SERVICE & PATIENT CARE
This job involves answering phones and face to face interaction with patients. It is a key role because you will be the face of our Med Spa. It is your energy, professionalism and authenticity that people will see when they walk in the door. You will be a reflection of our brand. As we expand our Wellness Services, we are hoping to find a medical assistant who can also also help with patient care. The list or responsibilities is long but some of the daily tasks will include:
- Answering phones - professional phone skills a MUST
- Welcoming patients - greeting patients on a daily basis face to face
- Explaining medical consents - includes being able to articulate key points from memory
- Scheduling appointments - understand procedure schedules to ensure best results
- Invoicing - works with POS (Point of Sale systems) daily
- Managing the Leads Pipe-line - manages lead follow-up with interested patients
- Sales - must know the entire product and service line by memory
- Spa - Laundry, trash etc
- Product knowledge and a Passion for Skin Care
#2 - EMBRACES & UNDERSTANDS TECHNOLOGY
We use multiple software systems at Flawless and I have highlighted a few to illustrate the extent of multi-tasking you will do each day. This person MUST be able to learn new systems quickly and embrace change. Software Systems used daily at Flawless Med Spa include:

#3 - PASSION FOR AESTHETICS & MED SPA SERVICES
Passionate about aesthetics? Have a desire to help people overcome insecurities?
If you answered YES - we want to talk to you. We want people who are energized by medical technology and can help explain complex ideas in a concise way. Flawless will help teach the Med Spa specifics BUT should you be hired, you will be expected to pass an exam about product and service knowledge. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
