Job description

We are looking for a qualified Patient Care Technician (PCT) to provide daily assistance to clients. You will help them with their basic needs to achieve excellent care. A Patient Care Technician is a committed and compassionate professional. They have great interpersonal skills and ability to create a supportive environment. The goal is to care for the elderly by providing them critical everyday assistance.

Responsibilities

• Keep clients living areas tidy and sanitized
• Assist client with everyday needs (personal hygiene, using the restroom, grooming etc.)
• Monitor client daily
• Help with housekeeping
• Companion care

Skills

knowledge of patient assistance and care procedures

• Working knowledge of relevant equipment
• Committed to health and safety standards
• Empathetic and approachable
• CPR certified

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Clinton Township, MI 48038: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
