We are a boutique outpatient physical therapy clinic that specializes in delivering personalized and compassionate care to our patients. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Patient Care Coordinator to join our team and help us provide exceptional care to our patients.

Job Description:

As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of patient care, from scheduling appointments to managing patient files and ensuring that our patients have a positive experience from start to finish. You will also be responsible for handling front desk duties, such as answering phone calls, greeting patients, and billing. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient care from scheduling appointments to follow-up care after treatment.
• Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor and ensure that they feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their visit.
• Manage front desk duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and billing.
• Maintain patient files and ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with physical therapists to ensure that patients receive personalized care.
• Provide patients with necessary information, such as insurance coverage and payment options.
• Handle patient complaints and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
