We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to help with administrative duties in our office in Raleigh, NC. - You have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- You have a proven history of strong administrative skills & scheduling experience, preferably in a medical/hospital setting.
- You have EMR and scheduling experience (preferred).
- You are good at multitasking.
- You have a background in managing an office as well as a team.
- You are self-motivated and take ownership of your role.
- You have a professional attitude.
- You are detail-oriented.
- You have excellent customer service/interpersonal/communication skills.
- You are a team player.
Your typical duties in this position will include:
- Greeting patients
- Checking patients in and out
- Answering phones
- Obtaining patient demographics, insurance coverage, and other pertinent information
- Updating our electronic medical records software accordingly
- Shipping and Receiving
- Managing work in progress
- Scheduling for our clinicians (in office and mobile units)
