- Responsible for ensuring that patients are supervised at all times, patient safety is maintained at all times, and patients are treated with respect & dignity.
- Work with assigned therapist/s, clinic manager, & patients, to plan, coordinate, and facilitate daily activity groups.
- Ensure that the schedule/program is delivered consistently.
- Support the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the Clinical Program Manager.
- Safeguard the dignity and respect of our patients and guests.
- At times, this position is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of patients from to or from the facility by driving patient vans, or chaperoning on vans.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma
- Driver’s License with a favorable Motor Vehicle Report
- Proof of Insurance
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment
Experience:
- Previous direct patient care experience with psychiatric or adolescent patients preferred
- Experience working in an in or outpatient psychiatric or healthcare facility preferred.
- Experience working with children/adolescents or behavioral health preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a customer service position.
