Parts Department

Preston Fabrication is seeking an experienced parts department (plate and clip) person to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who preferably has experience in a steel fabrication parts department. Duties include reading blue prints and cut lists, gathering of stock lengths of material using a forklift, cutting of steel parts using a shear and other automated equipment, and also organizing part, drop material and paperwork when a job is completed. We are willing to train but experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Be dependable and punctual
• Trainable
• Able to read a tape measure
• Forklift operating experience

Wage will depend on experience and performance.
