If so, apply to join our team of premier aquatics Swim Instructors! We are now hiring for aquatic Swim Instructors! Our Swim Instructors are the most important and valued part of our business! Instructors are responsible for a maximum of three students at any lesson.
We have two locations in the Nashville area. One in the Nashville West Shopping Center and one in the Cool Springs Galleria Shopping Center. Employees can work at just one location or help out at both for the potential to earn more hours.
Swim Instructor or Swim Coach: Teach children and adults of all ages the important life skill of swimming! We offer an in-depth, hands-on proprietary curriculum to training so that all our Instructors and Coaches feel fully prepared for all required responsibilities.
Requirements:
· Passion for children and young families
· Enthusiasm for exceptional customer service
· Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds in weight
Strongly Preferred:
· Swim Instruction experience
· Experience working with children in any capacity (all related fields: coaching, training, daycare, babysitting, child development, teaching)
· CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard Certification
