We are currently seeking PART TIME Service Specialists M-F at our De Pere and Shawano Locations. STARTING WAGE $16 per hour.
Primary Responsibilities: Deliver 1:1 on-site and in the community, in a way that most benefits the client and their team, while working toward established Goals and Objectives that are client specific
Other Responsibilities:
- Provide Safety for children at all times
- Prioritize building Trust with all children by allowing Choice (client-led action steps), Collaborating with, and Empowering children in our care.
- Provide consistent, effective communication, as required (includes clients, client families and teams, referral sources and outside collaborators)
- Timely submission of required service documentation and notes
- Participation in supervision, team meetings
- Attending trainings as designated by manager
- Maintaining professionalism at all times when representing Advocates for Healthy Transitional Living
- Transportation of clients, as required
