**Please Note- Candidates with less than 1 year Dental Experience will not be considered. (Medical Experience is not considered valid)**

We are searching for a Rockstar patient coordinator to join our dental team!

*This is a part time Patient Coordinator position, 9-2pm every other Saturday*

We are hoping to find the right candidate who can perform the following tasks:

First and foremost, deliver the best patient experience possible! Greet everyone with a smile!

Always make sure that patient insurance eligibility is checked and accurate for the same day as well as the following Saturday.

Manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.

Help keep a productive and full schedule for all providers by scheduling patients accordingly.

Confirm upcoming Saturday appointments and work on filling openings as needed.

Inform patients of recommended treatment plans and their estimated copayments, and collect their payments at time of service.

Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus!

Pay will be based on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
• Dental office: 1 year (Required)
