Job Summary:

As an inside sales call confirmer, you play a critical role in building a great first impression between customers and the sales team, by executing a well-defined confirmation call process support. In addition, confirmation calls provide critical intelligence for the daily plan and assist the sales team in maximizing efficiency during the customer visit, and driving customer satisfaction after the visit. For highest impact, confirmation calls require planning and must be done in consistent basis.

The main responsibility of the position is to ensure we are generating the appropriate number of leads needed for our sales staff at the most cost effective means possible. The inside sales call confirmer makes sure that appointment setting and sales go are met.

Job Responsibilities:

-call /text/ email leads provided to you mutiple times to book the appoinements using our scripted text . ( No cold calling)

· Validate and book all leads with accurate information to be passed to sales team and supervisors.

· Partner with supervisors to meet or exceed personal and team sales goals on a monthly basis

· Develop ongoing positive working relationships with customers coworkers and vendors

· Maintain professionalism with both customers and fellow employees

· Responsible for maintaining records of interactions in software completely and accurately

· Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to supervisors and sales team

· Daily sync with supervisor to day’s activities

Requirements:

· Computer with internet access

· Should be able and comfortable to work in an environment with little supervision

· Self-motivated and able to adhere to specific instructions to begin working from home

· Capability to read, understand and follow oral and written directions

· Data entry or administrative assistant experience is not needed but can be a bonus

· Peaceful work area away from interruptions

· Lead setting experience

· Excellent communication in an interpersonal skill

· Team player

· Ability to multitask and prioritize

Work Environment:

Home Office.

Work Hours:

· Hours vary based on department and season. Expected to work 15-25 hours a week, 5-6 days a week depending on season.

Pay:

· Pay $11 / hour + Bonus per Booked appointments
