CaPsychDr-A Psychological Corporation, a private practice in Orange County, is looking for part time post-doctoral psychological assistant (PhD or PsyD) to join our practice. The position can be telehealth, hybrid, or in person depending on your preference.

We have two office locations, one in Rancho Santa Margarita, and a second location in Laguna Niguel. Our agency provides both psychotherapy and psychological evaluations to children and adult clients.

The ideal candidate is independent, driven, positive minded, and understands the importance of providing quality services to clients. We provide referrals, in-house billing, scheduler, office space if desired, paid supervision and administration time at the clinical rate), paid CEU’s, flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Hours- Approximately 20 hours a week with additional hours as need increases

Pay-Begins at $40.00 hour with paid supervision and paid administration time. This is a W2 Position.

Responsibilities:

Conduct intake assessments, individual therapy or group therapy with clients, and complete documentation in the provided Electronic Health Record in a timely manner

May administer psychological assessments as needed

Attend paid weekly supervision with primary and/or delegate supervisor

Maintain caseload of at least 15 clients weekly

Requirements:

Doctorate in Psychology and registered as a Psychological Assistant with the Board of Psychology in good standing (If not registered, willingness to register immediately after position offered is expected)

Completion of a minimum of 1500 pre-doctoral supervised experience

Must be able to interact effectively with a diverse population
