This position will provide developmentally appropriate programming for children and families residing in Ross County who are eligible for Early Intervention services. Consultant will deliver services in the child\'s home environment, monthly or bi-monthly visits, participate in weekly meetings, and will provide assistance with IFSP goals when requested. P.L.A.Y. Project Home Consultant will provide developmentally appropriate programming for children and families residing in Ross County who are eligible for Early Intervention services. Deliver services in the child’s home environment monthly or bi-monthly. Assist caregiver/family with interventions that promote optimal development. Visits may include screenings, modeling, coaching, videotaping of play interactions. Work as a part of a multidisciplinary team as needed to provide services to families.

Completion of bachelor’s degree in early childhood, Special Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Must hold and maintain a current, valid driver’s license. Certified as a Developmental Specialist by the DODD or be eligible to acquire certification per DODD rule. Experience working with infants, babies, and toddlers with developmental disabilities preferred. Excellent written communication skills in evaluation and assessment reports, computer skills, and ability to maintain accurate and up to date documentation and case notes.
