Our busy office is seeking an organized, self-motivated front desk receptionist to answer inquiries and phone calls and handle the front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a insurance office or front desk position, a background in customer service and a basic knowledge of insurance terminology. This position offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Answer all general questions regarding company or department, using information provided by the company's website and databases.
• Know how to navigate the company's computer systems for information retrieval and document storage.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
