Friendly, fast-paced, growing pet grooming service is seeking an energetic, organized and reliable scheduler to join our pet grooming business in the Lake Norman area. Our scheduler will need to be customer-focused and work intelligently to schedule our customer pets within the quick filling schedules of our multiple groomers. Our owner is obsessive in providing an outstanding experience for our customers and their furbabies.

The ideal candidate would be outgoing with great people skills, good knowledge of the layout of Lake Normal and surrounding areas. Excellent communication skills are critical to ensuring an understanding of client needs and desire. Organization and a desire to succeed is critical in balancing our schedules with customer requests.

We offer a competitive compensation package with compensation increases and bonuses based on performance.

This position also has the expectation that the person will briefly check for messages after hours (compensated) to ensure our groomers don't drive to a canceled appointment the following day.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Weekend availability
