Waccamaw Management is looking for dependable person(s) to perform janitorial and light maintenance duties for one of our premier associations. Primarily, this position is outside, year round, through all elements of weather. This position is Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday hours being 5:00pm-10:00pm. Located in North Myrtle Beach.

Daily job duties and responsibilities:

• Light Maintenance duties (i.e. replacing bulbs, etc.).
• Janitorial duties (i.e. cleaning, mopping, etc.)
• Must be dependable.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must be an independent worker.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 50 pounds.
